Smaller cam- 206/216 (it's not exactly what I wanted, but it was cost effective and in the ballpark), 90# springs, dual timing set, porting the heads, headers, true duals, S10 2.2 converter, 3.42 posi (factory Y87 car). Have you ever had it to the track? if so, what did it run?

All you did was pull a vacuum line on the throttle body.

Swap a cheap 5.3 or 6.0 in it youl need a few things but it's easy. I made a video about what you can reuse, its on my channel.
